数字经济与社会部（MDES）作为PDPC的临时办公室和朱拉隆功大学（CU）成立了一个工作组，准备了PDPA下属法规的原则草案。 MDES 和 CU 为原则草案组织了几次公开听证会和磋商。
然而，截至 2022 年 4 月，尚未公布实施条例草案进行公开听证，尽管预计它们将在 2022 年下半年提交 PDPC 审查和批准。
