On 13th February, 2024, the Ministry of Commerce (“MOC”) issued its Notification No. 1/2024 to specify the rates of the official fees in Myanmar Kyat (“MMK”) for filing applications in relation to copyrights matters under the Myanmar Copyrights Law 2019 (“CRL 2019”) effective from 13th February 2024. We summarized the types of the applications and the official fee rates in the table below.
The fees under CR-1, CR-2, CR-7 and CR-8 are for filing applications related to literary or artistic works or related rights only.
