根据《麻醉品法B.E.2522》（公元1979年）的规定，公共卫生部关于第5类麻醉品规范的通知B.E.2565（公元2022年）于2022年6月9日生效，删除了第5类麻醉药品中大麻（大麻和火麻）及其提取物的大部分部分和形式，其中四氢大麻酚（THC）的含量不超过0.2重量%，公共卫生部于2022年6月16日发布了关于受管制的草药(大麻) 通知B.
