Kulkanya holds an LL.M. in international finance law from King’s College University and an LL.B. in business law (1st Class Honours) from Chulalongkorn University.  She is a member of the Lawyers Council of Thailand and the Thai Bar Association.  She has over 12 years of experience practising corporate law, commercial and finance law.  She has extensive experience in advising corporate clients on corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, compliance with listing rules, foreign direct investment, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements, contract managements and labour laws.
